These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Member", "User", "You") and bcl138 ("bcl138", "the Platform", "We", "Us", "Our") governing your access to and use of the bcl138 online gaming platform accessible at bcl138.cam and its associated mobile applications, APIs, and services. By registering an account, accessing the platform, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety.

If you do not agree with any provision of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account. Continued use of bcl138 after any amendment to these Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms carry the meanings ascribed to them below. Where the context requires, references to the singular include the plural and vice versa.

Acceptance of Terms

By clicking "Register", "Sign Up", or any equivalent action that creates an account on bcl138, or by otherwise accessing any part of the Platform, you confirm all of the following:

• You have read and understood this Agreement in full.
• You meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 3.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for, or on behalf of, any third party.
• You acknowledge that online gaming carries financial risk and that you may lose the funds you deposit.
• You accept that bcl138's decisions in matters of game outcomes, account management, and bonus eligibility are final and binding.
• You agree to receive transactional and promotional communications from bcl138 via the contact details you have provided, subject to your notification preferences.

Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain an account on bcl138, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your membership:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age. The minimum age for participation on bcl138 is 21 years old, regardless of the applicable legal gambling age in your specific locality.
2. You must be an individual natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and other non-natural persons are not permitted to register accounts.
3. You must not have been previously excluded or banned from bcl138 under any prior registration, whether under your current or any previous identity.
4. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
5. You must not be using a VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technology for the purpose of circumventing geographic restrictions or concealing your true identity.
6. You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of bcl138 or any of its affiliated companies.

Account Registration

Each Member is permitted to hold one (1) account only on the bcl138 platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or shared accounts — regardless of the method used — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to your legal full name (as it appears on your government-issued identification), date of birth, valid email address, active Indonesian mobile phone number, and your preferred local bank or e-wallet details for payment purposes.

bcl138 reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we have reasonable grounds to believe the account is being operated in breach of this Agreement, applicable law, or to the detriment of other Members or the integrity of the Platform.

Identity Verification (KYC)

Before processing any withdrawal from a Member's account, bcl138 is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with internationally recognised Know Your Customer (KYC) standards. KYC verification requires submission of the following documentation:

• Primary Identity Document: A clear colour copy of a valid Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP) or a valid passport (for non-Indonesian nationals). The document must be current and not expired.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or equivalent document issued within the last three (3) months, showing your full name and residential address matching your registration details.
• Payment Method Verification: Screenshot or photo of your registered BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, or LinkAja account clearly showing the account name and account number, confirming it matches the details provided at registration.

All KYC documents must be submitted via the verification section within your account dashboard. bcl138 aims to complete standard KYC reviews within 24 hours of receiving a complete and legible document set. Complex cases may take up to 72 hours. You will be notified by email upon completion of the review.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on bcl138 are denominated exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). bcl138 does not accept or disburse funds in any foreign currency. Members are responsible for any currency conversion fees imposed by their bank or payment provider if transactions originate in a foreign currency.

Deposits

• Minimum deposit: Rp 50.000 per transaction.
• Maximum deposit: Subject to the limits of the selected payment channel; contact support for higher-limit arrangements.
• Accepted deposit methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, Bank Danamon, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.
• Deposits credited instantly upon confirmation by the payment provider.
• bcl138 does not charge a processing fee on standard deposits.

Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal: Rp 50.000 per transaction.
• Withdrawals are processed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including public holidays.
• Average processing time: under 3 minutes for e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja); under 15 minutes for bank transfers during normal operating conditions.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment account registered in the Member's own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• KYC verification (Section 5) must be completed before the first withdrawal is processed.
• bcl138 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawals that trigger fraud detection thresholds. In such cases, processing may take up to 48 hours.

Bonuses & Promotions

bcl138 offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing Members, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and event-specific promotions tied to major sporting events such as BRI Liga 1, the UEFA Champions League, and Timnas Indonesia fixtures. All promotional offers are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time the promotion is offered.

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "rollover" or "turnover" requirement) before any winnings derived from those funds may be withdrawn. The specific rollover multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Sports bets typically contribute 100%; slot games contribute at varying rates; table games and live casino games may contribute at reduced rates or be excluded entirely. Full contribution schedules are published on the promotions page.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements expire within the timeframe specified in each promotion. Expired bonus funds are automatically removed from the account without compensation.
• One Bonus at a Time: Members may only hold one active bonus at a time. Depositing while a bonus is active will not trigger a new bonus unless the existing bonus has been completed or expired.
• Bonus Abuse: bcl138 actively monitors accounts for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to matched betting, arbitrage exploitation, multi-accounting, use of betting bots, and systematic exploitation of promotional mechanics. Accounts found to be engaging in such activities will have their bonus funds cancelled, winnings forfeited, and accounts permanently closed without notice.

Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all wagers placed on bcl138 across all product verticals, including sportsbook, live casino, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), bandar bola (football bookmaking markets), and mix parlay (accumulator) betting. Specific rules for each product category are published within the respective game or product section of the platform.

• All bets are final once confirmed by the platform. bcl138 does not accept bet cancellation requests after confirmation except in circumstances expressly provided for in the relevant product rules (e.g., event cancellation, void markets).
• In the event of a technical fault, system error, or force majeure event that affects the integrity of a game or event outcome, bcl138 reserves the right to void affected wagers and return stakes to Member accounts.
• bcl138 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake on any market or event for any Member at any time, including but not limited to Members identified as professional or high-volume bettors.
• Odds are subject to change up until the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the moment of bet confirmation are the final settled odds.
• For live in-play betting, there may be a brief delay between on-field events and the availability of in-play markets. bcl138 is not responsible for losses arising from the Member's inability to place a bet due to market suspension during live events.
• Any wager placed on an event in which the outcome is already known at the time of placement (whether due to information asymmetry, inside knowledge, or system latency) will be voided and the stake returned. Repeated instances may constitute a prohibited activity under Section 9.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bcl138. Engagement in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all account balances, and referral to the relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account, whether under the same or a different identity, or assisting another person in doing so.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or during KYC verification.
• Using automated software, betting bots, scripts, crawlers, or any other automated means to interact with the platform.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise gain unauthorised access to any part of the bcl138 platform or its underlying systems.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Members who identify such issues are obliged to report them immediately to [email protected].
• Engaging in collusion with other Members or with platform staff for the purpose of manipulating game outcomes or market prices.
• Using the platform to launder money or process funds derived from illegal activities. bcl138 cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies in all such investigations.
• Sharing account credentials with any third party or allowing any other person to operate your account.
• Attempting to circumvent deposit limits, loss limits, or self-exclusion restrictions using secondary accounts or payment methods.

Responsible Gaming

bcl138 is committed to fostering a safe gaming environment. We provide every Member with access to the following responsible gaming tools, all of which can be activated via the account settings dashboard or by contacting our support team:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period before activation.
• Loss Limits: Cap the total amount you can lose over a defined period. These limits operate identically to deposit limits in terms of implementation timing.
• Session Time Reminders: Set reminders at custom intervals (e.g., every 30 minutes, every 1 hour) to alert you of how long you have been actively gaming in a single session.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a break from the platform for a defined period ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks. Your account will be temporarily suspended and no deposits or wagers can be placed during this time.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude your account from bcl138. Self-exclusion is irrevocable for a minimum period of 6 months and will result in your account being closed and your details flagged to prevent re-registration.

Intellectual Property

All content on the bcl138 platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, game mechanics, and the overall "look and feel" of the platform — is the exclusive property of bcl138 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to: reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the platform; frame or mirror any portion of the platform on any other website; or use any data mining, robots, or similar data extraction tools on any page of the platform.

Privacy & Data Protection

bcl138 collects, processes, stores, and uses your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement and should be read in conjunction with these Terms & Conditions. By registering an account, you expressly consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy.

In summary, bcl138 collects personal data including your name, date of birth, contact details, payment information, gaming history, and device/IP data for the purposes of account management, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, customer support, and service improvement. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bcl138, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, licensors, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the platform.

Without limiting the foregoing, bcl138 expressly disclaims all liability for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from gambling activity on the platform, including but not limited to losses arising from adverse game outcomes, odds movements, or sports results.
• Interruptions to platform availability due to scheduled maintenance, technical failures, network outages, or events beyond bcl138's reasonable control (force majeure).
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to a Member's account where the Member failed to maintain adequate credential security.
• Any reliance placed by the Member on information, content, or data displayed on the platform that turns out to be inaccurate or incomplete.
• Actions taken by bcl138 in good faith pursuant to its obligations under applicable KYC, anti-money laundering, or fraud prevention policies.

In all cases, bcl138's aggregate liability to any Member for any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Governing Law

bcl138 is operated by an internationally incorporated entity. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised principles of online gaming and e-commerce law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints procedure (see Section 16) shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant international arbitration body designated by bcl138 at the time of the dispute.

By using bcl138, you agree that you will not commence or participate in any class-action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against bcl138 arising out of or related to your use of the platform.

Amendments to These Terms

bcl138 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, bcl138 will notify active Members via email to the address registered on their account and/or via a prominent notice displayed on the platform upon next login.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will reflect the date of the most recent revision. Continued use of the platform following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any revised terms, you must cease using the platform and close your account before the effective date of the amendment.

If you are not satisfied with the outcome of our internal complaints procedure, you may escalate the matter in accordance with Section 14 (Governing Law).
